Hey everyone! So this has been in the news a lot lately, artist, Richard Prince sold strangers' Instagram photos for $90,000. This has caused an uproar and a huge debate on whether or not what he did was legal. It's true that when you post something to social media whether it be Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, nothing is safe. Everyone can see it. But does that give them permission to take them and claim them as their own? What do you guys think? Here's a link to the article:

Satellite Photos of the World
Artist Benjamin Grant based his satellite photography project on the Overview Effect. The Overview Effect is a cognitive shift in awareness reported by some astronauts and cosmonauts during spaceflight, often while viewing the Earth from orbit or from the lunar surface (Wikipedia). This project is supposed to demonstrate how human activity as changed our planet, for better or worse. To see the photographs and learn more about this project:
